This Unichip is used to tune just about any normally aspirated , electronically fuel injected vehicle on the planet.
Most common crank-styles are supported , which means this chip can tune anything from a Jeep to a Porsche.
Allows a Tuner to make changes mild to wild : slight changes to a fuel map to accomodate a Cold-Air-Intake to pulling timing where engine compression-ratio has been raised .
The Map select switch enables you to choose between 5 different possible maps that can be programmed by your dealer according to your wishes for example,
Some of the most common are:
- Immobilizer, (suits all vehicles.)
- Valet tune for when you get your vehicle detailed, (suits all vehicles.)
- High idle for winching, (suits all vehicles.)
- Rock Crawling Map. (Throttle sensitivity modified)
- High boost, (turbo application.)
- Low boost, (turbo application.)
- Fuel economy, (suits all vehicles.)
- Towing, (suits all vehicles.)
The Bluetooth map select system is the ultimate tech device for your Unichip. Allowing you to switch between the 5 maps with your smartphone. This works with many different smartphones, including I-phone, android and blackberry.
The V-tech driver is an add-on device to the Unichip that can be used to switch positive signals. The V-Tech driver was originally designed for use on Honda’s to control the V-Tech switch over point. It can also be used to switch any other devices such as but not limited to shift lights, relays and solenoids.
The latest and greatest member of the Unichip family. It can do everything the version Q and Q+ can and some more.
The ability to control up to 4 voltage type inputs gives tuners new opportunity in vehicle control such as modern throttle system manipulation, gearbox response tuning and much more.
